Rehearsal room in London for a theatre production

I’m looking for a good size (10m x 10m or larger) rehearsal room in London for a theatre production. I need the space from 29 October-14 November, Monday-Saturday.

The rehearsals will include dance and singing calls, so we will be fairly noisy. We will also need to leave props and other items in the space overnight and over the weekends so we need exclusive use. The rehearsals days we need are 10am-6pm.
