Looking for a room for a lecture/talk for about 50 people. We haven’t advertised it yet so I’m not sure how big our audience is going to be but I would say at least 50, maybe more. So where we could seat at least 50 people comfortably- we need chairs too- and also have some space for standing too. Although it’s a lecture, we are looking for a space which is a bit less formal than an auditorium to make the event more welcoming for everyone. We haven’t confirmed a date yet, but one of the weekdays would be great on the first week of October, for 3 hours in the evening, probably 6:30- 9:30. Preferably close to the central, zone 1 or 2. This one is only for one occasion. We need a projector and a wall we could use for projecting or a screen.
