Band rehearsal space South London

We are a band of 4 people looking for a place where we could do rehearsal.(I would say minimum 15 m^2 – but we can talk about different sizes).
We don’t need any equipment
We need a rehearsal space starting from October (we would like to rent for one month or more)
If we can choose the location, it would be better if it was in London, but not too far from south London (but also here we are open to hear about spaces in different areas of London)
We need it to be opened during the weekend
And it would be great if we could play also during the evening
