We are looking to hire a room for approximately 100 people to give a presentation play followed by networking.
16 October is our ideal date.
Location needs to be central and within easy reach of underground or main line station as people coming from all over the UK.
We anticipate 100 to 150 people.
The space needs to be large enough for the people to sit as an audience whilst we perform a two handed play and then have some space for networking.
We don’t need any equipment as we bring our own props, but will need chairs and some tables.
We will be offering light refreshments; detail on receipt of cost per head.
Venue hire – as reasonable as possible as we are a not for profit company.
