We are looking for a permanent rehearsal space for a hard rock trio (space for drums, bass, guitar and a couch but no backline needed, although welcome if available). The closer to Camden, the better (max 30 mins by public transport). In terms of dates, it would be ongoing for months at least, starting any time really – that depends on budget.
Must have would be: mostly sound isolated from surrounding rehearsal spaces/other businesses (not too much bleed).
Nice to have would be: some small amount of natural light, non-carpet floor, wifi.
