Rehearsal Space Finder November 19, 2015

I am looking for a rehearsal venue which i want to use for:
music rehearsal ,
audio recording with LIVE musicians ( not in group , 1 by 1 ) ,
make some basic / fixed lighting from celling and record video by a single DSL camera .

with A grand piano and some basic backline like drums , guitar amp etc would be helpful .
makeshift Audio recording and video recording equipment will be organised by us.
Preferably in East London , close to tube station , access from morning 10 am to 10 pm .
looking to hire it in February 2016 .
no crew required .
not more than 8 people will stay at the same time.
