We are looking to rent a rehearsal space on a monthly basis. Our budget is ~£400 per month, though we can go lower or higher based on the size of the space. We are looking to move in as soon as possible. The space should be large enough to fit a 4-piece band (2 guitarists, 1 bassist and 1 drummer). We have most of the gear we need. Though, it would be nice if the space had access to mics, mic stands & PA speakers. In terms of location, first choice postcodes would be: N4 or N1. Second choice postcodes would be N16 or E8. Though we are open to seeing spaces in other postcodes if they come up.
